London Museum Docklands
London Museum Docklands occupies a former Georgian sugar warehouse at West India Quay, opened in 2003 as part of the London Museum. It traces the history of the River Thames, the Port of London and the docks' historical link to the Atlantic slave trade through permanent galleries including London, Sugar & Slavery. The museum is jointly funded by the City of London Corporation and the Greater London Authority.
