Villa & North Wing

Permanent

The walk from the Old Villa towards the Cafe takes you through the museum's characteristic glass corridors and halls of the so-called North Wing. Here you can experience a wide-ranging selection of works from the collection.

A direction of constructivism is called Op Art, a movement where artists work with means that are intended to directly affect our sensory apparatus. The Villa displays works by, among others, Josef Albers, Auguste Herbin, Victor Vasarely and Jesús Rafael Soto.

In the final and high-ceilinged room before reaching the Cafe, you can enjoy a fine selection of Asger Jorn’s paintings.
