Museum Liaunig
Museum Liaunig is a private art museum in Neuhaus in Carinthia, Austria, opened in 2008 as the country's second private museum of contemporary art. It presents the collection assembled by the industrialist Herbert W. Liaunig, who died in 2023, and has been run since 2018 by his son, the architect Peter Liaunig. Alongside contemporary Austrian art it holds Akan gold, African glass beadwork, portrait miniatures, European silver, glass and stamps, and shows changing exhibitions each season together with a sculpture park.
