Artwall Gallery

Artwall Gallery is an open-air gallery in Prague formed by monumental niches in the retaining wall on the Vltava embankment below Letna Park. Regular operation began in 2005, building on Barbara Benish's 2000 project on the same wall; the gallery was shut down in 2008 and reopened in 2011. Its programme presents contemporary art dealing with social and political questions and is free and accessible around the clock in public space. It is run by the c2c association, the Circle of Curators and Critics.
