FRIDA LORÉN, artist
Forum Art School in Malmö in the 1970s, many courses at Gerlesborgs Art School, Näslunds Värdshus Painting School, Margaretaha Olsson in Sjöstorp, Anna Törnquist in Baskemölla, Gunnel Moheim at Edsviks Konsthall Stockholm and Nansen School in Lillehammer. Art education at Folkuniversitetet in Lund and Studieförbundet Vuxenskola in Malmö.
I started painting in watercolour in 2006 and was fascinated by this technique, which is unpredictable and exciting. I have had many outstanding teachers! Among them professor Arne Isaksson, Lars Holm, Anders Wallin, Hasse Karlsson, Anna Törnquist, Morten Paulsen, Lars-Eje Larsson. In my painting I want to touch the viewer, create an atmosphere, convey the deepest feelings. The most important reason for painting is joy and the possibility of expressing feelings.
Until 1968 she lived in Żoliborz on Generała Zajączka Street.
