Torkwase Dyson - KUB Billboards
À propos de l’exposition
Torkwase Dyson is presenting poems and paintings from her new series Tuning, created in 2026, on the six KUB Billboards. Located on Seestrasse, Bregenz’s busiest street, the billboards are an integral part of the KUB program, extending the exhibition into public space.
Who are you after swallowing the ocean and all of its light
Who are you after whispering your lover’s name to thunder
Who are you after singing the songs of distance to the scars of the dead
Who are you after giving birth to a mountain of mundane memories
Who are you after a sycamore sprouts from your palms
Who are you after the end of thought
Who are you after you find the language of liquid
Who are you after the lava fertilized your touch
Who are you after time broke open your breast to name the unknown
Who are you after the end of sound
