Visit the exhibition „Struggle for Freedom and Independence: The Korean Independence Movement / Walka o wolność i niepodległość. Koreański ruch niepodległościowy” prepared in cooperation with our museum by the Independence Hall of Korea – one of the most important Korean institutions dealing with the history of the independence movement.
The Korean experience is presented in a broader context of the history of nations striving to regain freedom and sovereignty. This approach makes it possible to see analogies between Korean aspirations for independence and Polish experiences of living under foreign rule and struggling for independence. The exhibition thus creates a space for reflection on shared historical experiences and on the different paths that lead nations to regaining freedom.
