L'institution collectionne l'art, crée des communautés par la médiation artistique et offre des expériences inspirantes. D'envergure internationale et fortement ancré dans la région de Vestegnen, ARKEN se situe au sud de Copenhague, près d'Ishøj, entre la mer, les dunes et un parc de plage.
