St. Adalbert – Patron Saint of the Land
À propos de l’exposition
The exhibition will present the life of St. Adalbert and his native region, as well as a valuable collection of artworks with St. Adalbert themes from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. In 2027, we will commemorate the 1030th anniversary of Adalbert's death.
The aim of this exhibition project is to present St. Adalbert as one of the Czech patron saints of the land and also as the main patron of our archdiocese through archaeological findings, historical objects, and artworks.
This exhibition project was financially supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and the Central Bohemian Region.
We can realize this exhibition thanks to the cooperation and participation of a number of significant collecting institutions of regional, provincial, and national scope, as well as thanks to the contribution of many private entities.
