Le Muzeum Narodowe w Poznaniu (MNP) perpétue la tradition d'un musée fondé en 1857. Transformé en 1950 à partir du Muzeum Wielkopolskie, il compte 8 filiales, dont la Galeria Malarstwa i Rzeźby, le Muzeum Sztuk Użytkowych w Zamku Królewskim, le Wielkopolskie Muzeum Wojskowe et le Muzeum Instrumentów Muzycznych. Les collections comprennent l'art polonais et européen, l'artisanat d'art, la numismatique et l'ethnographie.
