Museum of Caricature
The Museum of Caricature is a Warsaw museum devoted to Polish and international satirical art. It was founded in 1978 by caricaturist Eryk Lipiński, who directed it until 1991 and after whom it was renamed in 2002. It holds a collection of over 20,000 drawings, paintings and photographs and, housed in a former 18th-century orangery with limited space, shows changing temporary exhibitions of caricature and satirical illustration rather than a permanent display.
