The creative duo Fuczik - Kakalík, dedicated to the popularisation of art, are the authors of the projection and accompanying video "shorts". Their goal is to disrupt the perception of contemporary art as something elitist and difficult to understand and to erase the barriers that often make us shy and ultimately diminish our desire to discover and learn about things.
Duo's creation at SNG can be seen as a continuation of their previous projects (Artpark at the Rudolfinum Gallery, educational platforms for the festival 4 Days in Motion) and books for children and adults. The duo consists of Ondřej Horák (Fuczik), winner of the Magnesia Litera award for the book Why Paintings Do Not Need Names (together with Jiří Frant, 2014) and the author of the popular Guide to the Unsettled Land 1, 2 (2016, 2018). The second part of the tandem, the author of the visual identity and co-creator of individual films, is a visual artist and animator working under the pseudonym Kakalík - David Kalika. Both are part of the international platform "Do you have a knack for art?" with which SNG has been cooperating for a long time.
