Slovak National Gallery
The Slovak National Gallery (SNG) – the emblematic gallery institution of Slovakia – is located on the Danube embankment in the centre of Bratislava in a complex of buildings that underwent impressive extension and reconstruction until late 2022. In addition to the distinct and valuable architecture, the SNG's hallmarks are its diverse collections comprising almost 90,000 objects, its four branches across Slovakia, and, above all, its constant search for new ways to create an open, inspiring, and up-to-date space for people and art.
