Museum Gugging
museum gugging is an art museum in Maria Gugging, part of Klosterneuburg, dedicated to the Gugging Artists and the Art Brut movement. It grew out of psychiatrist Leo Navratil's work with patients whose drawings drew the attention of Jean Dubuffet, the founder of Art Brut; the House of Artists opened in 1981, and the museum itself in 2006 under Johann Feilacher and Nina Katschnig. It presents the Gugging Artists' work alongside international Art Brut and other fine art in changing exhibitions.
