The Ars Electronica Festival is one of the world’s leading hubs for art, technology and society. This year’s theme, Negotiating Humanity – Future Begins, focuses on the question of what it means to be human, both today and in the future. In 2026, the entire city of Linz will become a festival stage: exhibitions, performances and events will take place at various venues throughout the city. During the festival, the Ars Electronica Center will also be showcasing selected projects that bring to life current developments at the intersection of art, technology and society.
