MeetFactory
MeetFactory is a non-profit international contemporary art center founded in 2001 by artist David Černý. Due to the floods in 2002, it was necessary to abandon the original premises in Prague - Holešovice and the project was resurrected three years later in an industrial building in the Prague district of Smíchov, in a specific space between a highway and an active railway line. The program was launched after an extensive reconstruction of the premises in 2007.
