The Rokycany Biennial of Graphic Arts is an international competitive exhibition of classical, thematically unrestricted graphic works by visual artists. The first year of the biennial took place in 2002. This year's competition saw the participation of 45 artists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Poland, and distant Japan, who submitted more than 100 graphic works. From this collection, an expert jury selected the awarded works, granting 4 main prizes and 10 prestigious certificates. The exhibition thus offers a unique opportunity to see a wide spectrum of contemporary classical graphic art in one space. The co-organizers of this year's 13th edition are traditionally Muzeum Dr. Bohuslava Horáka v Rokycanech, a branch of Západočeské muzeum v Plzni, and Město Rokycany.
