The exhibition "Gifts for the President from Far and Near II." offers a unique insight into the role of gifts in the world of diplomacy and local traditions. The selected exhibits are a selection of protocol and personal gifts that President Petr Pavel received from foreign statesmen, regional representatives, and citizens in 2025. From July 2026, state honors awarded to President Petr Pavel in 2024-2025 by representatives of other states will also be newly exhibited. The selection also includes some gifts dedicated to the First Lady Eva Pavlová.
The exhibition showcases the role of gifts in diplomacy and personal encounters. From objects of high craft and artistic value to gifts with a purely personal message. Each of them tells a story about the culture, traditions, and relationships that lie behind the official and unofficial meetings of the head of state.
