The online exhibition of the Prague Castle Archives commemorates the most iconic foreign statesmen and personalities who came to Prague in the early 1990s. What happened behind closed doors? Protocol gems, photographs, and documents from state visits – the behind-the-scenes of diplomacy at the time, as only the archive knows it. Through previously unpublished archival documents and photographs, it presents Václav Havel as both a head of state and a perceptive host.
