Museum – Tarnowski Castle in Tarnobrzeg

Museum – Tarnowski Castle in Tarnobrzeg is a regional and historical museum founded in 1991, successor to the former Historical Museum of the City of Tarnobrzeg. It occupies the Tarnowski family's Dzików castle, whose tower-manor core dates to the 15th century and which passed to the Tarnowski (Leliwa) family in 1522. The museum holds regional history and decorative-art collections and runs a branch, the Museum of the Polish Sulfur Industry, on the region's sulfur-mining heritage.
