The largest Central European exhibition of design and fashion returns to Prague Castle. This time with the subtitle LIGHT.

In the Riding Hall, Prague Castle and DesignBlok will create an exhibition project called Design for Václav Havel. Curators Andrea Běhounková and Jana Zielinski will present iconic works created at the initiative of the first post-revolution president – the legendary Olga chair by Bořek Šípek, original glass objects, or the Prague Castle Guard uniforms designed by Theodor Pištěk.

DesignBlok at the Castle will also include a special curated exhibition High Craft. It will showcase the work of leading Czech brands, designers, and manufacturers who develop and build upon traditional Czech crafts.

Designer and artist Eva Eisler will exclusively create an installation, Circle of Silence, for the space of the desacralized Chapel of the Holy Cross, which will transform the desacralized chapel into a space for calm, contemplation, and pause.

The event is held under the patronage of the President of the Republic.
