Old Kitzbühel and its Transformation in the 19th Century

The semi-permanent exhibition, running for several years from November 22, 2025, invites visitors to discover the city's history from the perspective of those who shaped life in Kitzbühel – farmers, peasant women and nobles, miners, craftsmen, citizens, and officials. In three chapters, the diverse worlds of life – aristocratic rule and hard field work, mining and craftsmanship – are illuminated.
